Packaging & booklet design for Le Tour de Dúzsi, a red wine from the Dúzsi Winery in Szekszárd, Hungary. The winery is one of the leaders in Hungary, and one of the gradually developing family wineries of wine region Szekszárd. He developed his company step by step by himself and now, they produce wines out of 400 tonnes of grapes each year. 

As a former road cyclist, Tamás Dúzsi wants to delight wine consumers with real Szekszárd flavors as a part of an imaginary bicycle tour. In Le Tour De Dúzsi he blended the most characteristic grape varieties of the wine region, which can also be a pleasant accompaniment to cycling wine tours. We were asked to redesign their old label with a new and fresh approach, targeting younger consumers. Our aim was to reflect on the wine's blended varieties, the unique concept of the imaginary cycling ride, and also visualize one of the main attributes of a bottle of wine- bringing together people and friends.

Playing on the Tour de France theme, we asked our illustrator friend Aliz Buzas to create a fun multi-bike illustration for the label, that we completed with clean and strong typography. The design wraps around the bottle as an invitation to explore the wine's characteristics and to join Tamás Dúzsi's cycling tour.
